Saturdays dinner is stuck in NEF format (raw) and I can't edit it at home. But I did a jpg of tonight's dinner, roast chicken with garlic and rosemary, with yukon gold potatoes and sautéed green beans. I made a very delish gravy from the gizzards and deglazings from the chicken roasting. Finished it with wine and cream and chicken stock. It was heart-attack good. é We had a very delicious bottle of Trapiche, surprisingly good, since it was a cheap bottle that I always buy, but tonight it was trés good.
