Tonight, Veal chops (t-bones), new potatoes with fresh italian flat parsely and unsalted butter, baby peas with butter. All topped with a shallot, veal, white wine and cream white sauce.
Do I need to say how good it was?

I stumbled upon this site as I was in the process of doing some online research. Italian flat leaf parsley, in my opinion, is vastly superior to the more common curly type. I wish more people would try it!
